About the Graduate Program As an ISD graduate, you will have the opportunity to be involved across several functions which could include assisting in the acquisition and town planning of school expansions, leading small-scale projects through our tendering processes, developing communication packages to raise awareness of environmental impacts, the delivery of strategic risk management, safety reviews and much more.
Our 2025 program has been designed to have our graduates rotate through various teams, completing dedicated work and tasks to ensure exposure to all facets of ISD.
Over the 12 months you will:

- A dedicated supervisor who will readily upskill you in technical areas to develop your skillsets

About you: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following traits, skills and qualifications:
- Work effectively as a member of a service-oriented team
- Multitask under pressure, manage time and deliver on priorities effectively
- Flexible and adaptive to change to meet team goals and expectations
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Australian citizen or hold a valid working visa and able to work in Australia until 2026.
You should hold a relevant qualification in the following disciplines, awarded within 2024 or before February 2025:
- Town Planning
- Project Management
- Construction Planning
- Data Analytics
- Business (HR, Accounting or Finance)
