The Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting tools for internal use and client reporting
- Analyse and interpret financial performance and provide strategic advice to improve cost efficiency and profitability
- Prepare management reports, financial statements, and compliance documents
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics and variances
- Assist with internal financial controls and ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards
- Liaise with clients to support their management accounting needs, including financial modelling and business planning
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and prepare reports to guide client investment decisions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and reporting tools
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field (AQF Level 7 or above)
- At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience (management accounting experience highly regarded)
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting standards and tax compliance in Australia
- Proficiency in Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks or similar accounting software, and advanced Excel skills
- High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage competing priorities

Salary: $100,000 to $130,000 per yearHours: 38 hours (Full Time)
