Nerang RSL & Memorial Club – Bistro, A La Carte & Functions
Nerang RSL & Memorial Club has recently completed a major redevelopment, including a new function and events space, significantly expanding our food offering and service capability. As a result, we are seeking experienced and motivated kitchen professionals to join our growing Culinary Team.
This is an opportunity to work in a high-volume, well-resourced hospitality environment with diverse service styles, including a la carte dining, bistro service, functions, and events.

About the Roles:
Depending on the position, duties may include:
- Food preparation and service across a la carte, bistro, and function operations
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards
- Working collaboratively within a large kitchen brigade
- Managing service periods efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Contributing to a positive and professional kitchen culture
What We Are Looking For:
- A strong work ethic and professional attitude
- Ability to work calmly and effectively during busy service periods
- Experience in a commercial kitchen environment (preferred but not essential for some roles)
- Sound communication skills and a team-focused approach
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends
