About the Role
Support Infravision’s Program Management team with administrative and logistical services that ensure our transmission and distribution projects run efficiently and effectively. You’ll be responsible for maintaining project documentation, coordinating meetings and events, managing internal and external communication, and tracking project finances.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the organisation and coordination of project activities, meetings, and workshops.
- Prepare and maintain documentation including reports, presentations, project plans, and contracts.
- Schedule meetings and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Track project milestones, update data in management software, and follow up on assigned tasks.
- Monitor project-related expenses, perform credit card reconciliations, and ensure financial compliance.
- Manage logistics including team travel, accommodations, equipment, and training arrangements.
- Support onboarding, HR records updates, and processing of accounts payable items.
- Identify project risks and support mitigation planning and review.
- Contribute to process improvements and post-project reviews.
- An Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in Business, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of project administration experience, in a similar environment and preferably in the electricity transmission or infrastructure sector.
Essential
- Strong organisational and documentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Familiarity with project management tools and Google Suite.
- Experience using vendor portals (SAP Ariba, ISN, Avetta).
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in the transmission, utilities, or construction industries.
- Understanding of project and financial management principles.
