The Company
We are working with a reputable organisation, located in Castle Hill, who are seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join their team. You will be working with a well-known brand, renowned Globally, within a small knit finance team. You will be passionate about Accounts Payable, love working within a family feel team and can wear multiple hats when it comes to collaborating and working cohesively as a team!
The Role
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Processing of invoices daily
- Coding of invoices
- Assisting with weekly and monthly payment runs
- Vendor and Supplier Reconciliations
- Administration Tasks: Sorting & Distributing mail, general filing, data entry
- Ad hoc tasks as required by the Accounts Payable Supervisor
- 1 - 2 years of Accounts Payable / Finance Administration experience
- Excel: Experience with Pivot Tables / Vlookups - essential
- Excellent communication both verbal and written
- Happy to work within a small knit team (supportive / great culture)
