Responsibilities
Design and Functionality:
- Conceptualize and design key web elements to ensure seamless functionality and alignment with user needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into engaging web features.
Development and Maintenance:
- Assist in the development and build of key web components across the company website.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues arising during day-to-day website maintenance。
Optimization and User Experience:
- Continuously analyze website performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement changes to optimize usability, accessibility, and user engagement based on UX principles and data-driven insights.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough testing of web elements to ensure they function as intended.
- Maintain consistency in design and performance across devices and browsers.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with back-end programming languages such as PHP, Python, or Node.js.
- Understanding of database management systems and SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
