Job Description: Cook (Full-Time)

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience and demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a passion for preparing high-quality dishes. This role is ideal for a team player with a strong commitment to excellence in food preparation and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, season, and cook dishes in line with our Korean-Japanese fusion menu, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Examine foodstuffs to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Regulate cooking equipment temperatures such as ovens, grills, and other equipment.
• Portion food, plate dishes, and add garnishes, gravies, and sauces for presentation.
• Store food appropriately in temperature-controlled facilities.
• Prepare meals to meet special dietary requirements when needed.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to plan menus and estimate food requirements.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with regulations.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff and apprentices as required.

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-time Salary: $73,150.00 per year + Superannuation
