About the Role
As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in supporting office operations by managing administrative tasks, assisting with project and finance administration, organising events, and providing general office support. Your efforts will ensure the team's success and the smooth running of daily activities.
Duties
As an experienced Team Assistant, this role will focus on providing comprehensive support for the business, including:
- Welcoming and assisting guests with a professional and friendly approach
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and deliveries
- Ensuring office supplies are maintained and restocked as needed
- Performing basic facilities management and liaising with service providers
- Coordinating and hosting office events and team gatherings
- Taking and distributing accurate meeting minutes for key discussions
- Providing ad-hoc support to the finance manager, such as processing invoices in SAP
- Offering executive support to directors and general assistance to the wider team
- Arranging travel plans and bookings on an occasional basis
- Providing versatile support to directors and staff within the office environment.
- Demonstrates proactive initiative across all job responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail in all tasks.
- Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
