Technical Support Officer
The Role
Provide technical expertise for the Learning Management system implementation and operations.- Collaborate with the Assistant Principal Curriculum on academic reporting in Compass.
- Ensure accurate class data and timetable rollover.
- Maintain accurate student profiles with Heads of School/Wellbeing Leaders.
- Assist with daily operations.
- Support staff with Compass usage and tech issues.
- Log and monitor faults, ensuring SLAs are met.
- Support Synergetic integration with Compass.
- Develop help documents and support staff on technology.
- Follow the Technical Services Delivery Charter.
- Support the team with daily IT issues.
- Compass experience or Synergetic; quick learner (essential).
- Degree in Computer Science/Network Engineering (preferred).
- Interest in new tech.
- Knowledge of Windows and cloud apps.
- Great interpersonal skills; available for out-of-hours issues.
- Team player.
- Understanding of College operations.
- Perseverance and calm under pressure.
