About the Opportunity: Casual position available for an Experienced Bartender to join our team. You will have experience in a high-end bar and/or restaurant environment and genuine interest for hospitality. The Ideal Candidate Must Have: Experience as a Bartender in a premium venue Knowledge in cocktails and beverage production Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations Adaptable and able to multi-task Time management skills Attention to detail Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude Professional presentation and strong communication Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts Must have a valid RSA Certificate Working with Lucas Collective: At Lucas Collective, we champion growth.
