• Maintain and update alumni data records.

• Act as a point of contact for alumni queries and concerns.
• Identify and leverage opportunities for alumni involvement in school initiatives.
• Conduct regular reports on alumni engagement activities and outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

• A background in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in community engagement or alumni relations.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong project management abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and databases.
• The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
