What you’ll do

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician you will carry out in-house non-urgent building and shopfitting maintenance type works logged by our stores.

This role will primarily cover the area between Pakenham and throughout Gippsland, Victoria where you will be required to:

  • Perform general handyperson type maintenance works at approximately 20 different sites across the Woolworths fleet
  • Travel frequently to sites by road
  • Perform routine checks and audits
  • Conduct work practices as per current Work, Health & Safety regulations and with minimum disruption to our customers
  • Maintain all current licences required to complete work functions.
What you’ll bring
  • Have a track record in the provision of maintenance services in a customer oriented environment and in multi-site operation
  • Enjoy travelling and working on multiple sites with different challenges on a day to day basis
  • Ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment
  • Experience managing end to end completion of assigned work orders
  • Be a great communicator, committed to supporting your team
  • Display a high level of customer service, be outcome focused and a team player
  • Have a qualified trades certificate or equivalent and current drivers licence
  • Available to work Monday to Friday 8 hour-roster between 6am - 6pm with 30 min unpaid lunch break
