What We're Looking For:

• Availability between Monday to Friday 7am - 6pm.
• Valid Drivers Licence and Own Car mandatory.
• A genuine love for older people and a commitment to their well-being.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for engaging in friendly conversations.
• A caring and compassionate nature.
• The desire to make a positive impact on the lives of our elderly clients.
• Flexibility and the ability to work on a CASUAL or Permanent Part Time basis.

Your Responsibilities:

• Providing companionship and emotional support to our elderly clients.
• Assisting with daily living activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care.
• Travelling with client in your car and the confidence to work independently.
• Engaging in friendly conversations and meaningful interactions.
• Ensuring the safety and comfort of our clients.
• Reporting any changes or concerns to the supervisor.

What We Offer/ Benefits:

• Earn between $30.82 to $38.53 per hour + Superannuation (paid fortnightly).
• Travel Reimbursement - 99c per/km in between all client services.
