The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency in digital marketing and IT, effective leadership abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

We need someone who can assist us with Building a jewellery website, leveraging social media, crafting email marketing campaigns, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and collaborating with influencers and hosting events.

• Design and implement marketing plans to achieve business goals and enhance brand visibility.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital channels.
• Analysing and forecasting consumer patterns for the present and the future
• Utilize digital marketing techniques such as SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media to drive engagement and conversions.
• Craft compelling content for various marketing materials and manage communication strategies both internally and externally.
• Oversee client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and effective delivery of marketing solutions.
• Seek brand opportunities and partnerships that will drive customer engagement and sales throughout the year.
• Lead marketing projects, coordinate with team members, and manage resources to ensure successful outcomes.
• Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

• A degree in Digital Marketing and/or a related field.
• Typically, 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing digital marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role, leading a team of marketing professionals or cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey messages and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of marketing software, digital tools, and data analysis platforms.
• Ability to lead projects, motivate team members, and manage resources effectively.
• Proven experience in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality service.
