About the Role
At Green Options, we are a professional landscape management company known for creating and maintaining prestigious grounds, including some of Australia's most high-end landscaped gardens. We are currently seeking a hands-on Grounds Person to join our team in Warwick.
As a Grounds Person at Green Options, you will have the opportunity to lead a small team in delivering quality gardening maintenance services. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and improving gardens and lawns, ensuring high standards are met.
Responsibilities- Cultivate and maintain the grounds of the school.
- Implement horticultural best practices for plant care.
- Assist the team leader to enhance campus aesthetics.
- Conduct regular assessments of plant health and landscape conditions.
- Provide recommendations for landscaping improvements.
- Contribute to the overall environmental sustainability of the grounds.
- Receive Above Award rates for your expertise.
- Access prerequisite training to excel in your role.
- Enjoy a supplied uniform and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Engage in social events fostering team camaraderie.
- Thrive in a supportive management team and fantastic team culture.
- Certificate III in Horticulture desirable
- Valid manual drivers' license.
- Relevant experience in plant care and landscaping.
- WWCC and White Card.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
