The Role
As a Front of House professional, you will set the tone for every guest’s experience and will work closely with our kitchen and management team to ensure a seamless service from start to finish.You will be expected to bring enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in creating an outstanding guest experience. You’ll be working with a close-knit, hard-working team, with the freedom to learn, grow, and expand your skills.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for people who:
Have prior experience in a restaurant environment.
Are comfortable with creating an atmosphere of warmth, respect, and fun while delivering high-quality service.
Have a genuine interest in food, wine, and hospitality.
Are team players with strong communication skills and impeccable presentation.
Hold a Victorian RSA Certificate.
Have a solid understanding of wine and cocktails – WSET or similar qualifications are a bonus, but not essential.
Have a strong desire to learn and grow, both personally and professionally.
