(Senior) Payroll Officer | Employment Hero
We're looking for an experienced Payroll Officer with strong knowledge of Employment Hero to join a close-knit team of three, reporting to the Senior Payroll Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll for 500 employees across multiple Australian and New Zealand entities.
- Support the smooth integration of two new entities into the existing payroll structure.
- Maintain accurate employee data and respond to payroll-related queries in a timely manner.
- Ensure payroll compliance with both Australian and New Zealand legislation.
- Collaborate closely with HR and Finance to ensure alignment and data integrity.
Your profile:
- Proven payroll experience across multi-entity environments.
- Hands-on experience with Employment Hero.
- Knowledge of both AU and NZ payroll processes.
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
