Machine Operator

AWX is seeking experienced Machine Operators to join the team at the Narangba facility. This role requires confidence and competence in starting, running, and stopping machinery in a fast-paced production environment.

- Multiple positions available
- Day, afternoon and night shifts available
Duties, but not limited to:
- Operate high-speed packaging machinery safely and efficiently
- Start-up, monitor, and shut down machines as required
- Perform basic troubleshooting and quality checks
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Adhere to all OH&S and company policies
You will have:
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in manufacturing or production
- Mechanically minded with strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instruction
- Will need to have a reliable transport, as there is no access to public transport
- Available for full-time ongoing shifts
Shifts Available:
- Day Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm ($31.19/hr)
- Afternoon Shift: 2:50pm - 11:00pm ($35.87/hr)
